Next Glass/Untappd is Hiring a Customer Support Specialist!


The Big Picture:

We’re looking for a great communicator who loves people and beer. We need someone who can delight our users and will bring a dynamic personality to our team. You’ll be providing phone, email, and chat support to leading beer stores, breweries, festivals, bars, and restaurants that use our product. 

You will demonstrate our product and engage with users who have questions and suggestions. We want to satisfy and empower our customers. 
With your contribution, we hope to create an organic and enjoyable support process. We want our customers to know that they are heard and appreciated. 

You will work closely with your Support Manager and the VP of Customer Support to identify growing trends within our user community and develop a deep knowledge of the product and industry. 

What you’ll do:

  • Overarching goal: Provide insight and support to all customers
  • Develop deep understanding of our product
  • Navigate users through the Untappd experience with confidence
  • Communicate with the Support Team on new issues, difficult questions, and common themes
  • Keep a running list of top user requests and pain points                     
  • Identify opportunities where we can go above and beyond for our users.

General Information: 

Hours: 40 hours per week 

Pay: Competitive salary and benefits

Age Requirement: 21 years and older

Where: In our modern office space in downtown Wilmington

When: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm
