Job Description:

We’re looking for a great communicator to join our Enterprise team. We want someone who will go above and beyond to fuel our Enterprise sales pipeline and will bring a dynamic, positive personality to our team.

As an EDR, it is your responsibility to research, target and qualify leads that are a match for our Enterprise program. After identifying these opportunities, you will reach out through various lines of communication and schedule product demonstrations for our Enterprise sales team.  Your work will help us bring more Enterprise customers onto the Untappd platform; existing Enterprise customers include Whole Foods, Target, Yardhouse (Darden), Buffalo Wild Wings, and more!

You will develop a deep knowledge of Untappd for Business and other Untappd business products and food/beverage, restaurant, and retail verticals and are expected to regularly deliver on aggressive key performance indicators. You will work directly with our Enterprise sales execs and leadership; based on your success, you will have the opportunity to advance into a sales executive role where you will manage a sales pipeline from demo to close.


Primary Responsibilities and Day-to-Day Expectations:

  • Research and target Enterprise retailers, restaurants, bars and brewers
  • Identify and differentiate the needs of Enterprise businesses in each vertical and in our different prospect/customer tiers
  • Prospect and qualify sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages and Facebook messages
  • Identify key decision makers and influencers across multiple departments
  • Establish a need for our Untappd for Business product
  • Schedule product demos for our sales executives
  • Manage your prospecting pipeline from cold call/email to demo scheduled
  • Communicate internally between Inside Sales and Enterprise Sales teams to facilitate lead handoffs
  • Contribute directly to the rapid growth of Untappd and the Enterprise sales team
